What You'll Get To Do
- Coordinate inbound rental activity from a variety of sources: walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and text messages for rentals and sales.
- Resolve customer inquiries, reservations, quotes, and follow-up communications.
- Confirm upcoming rentals with customers to ensure accuracy of dates, equipment, and requirements.
- Ensure rental equipment and attachments are properly reserved, scheduled, and ready for customer use.
- Maintain and update the daily rental status to ensure accuracy and reliability of equipment availability, location, and shop status.
- Communicate schedule changes, conflicts, and equipment status updates to sales, dispatch, and service personnel.
- Prepare approved rental agreements in accordance with company policy; ensure all required documentation and signatures are completed and properly filed.
- Process rental invoices, ensuring accurate billing for rental time, fuel, damage, and additional charges.
About You
- You have experience in sales support, coordination, planning, or customer service.
- You’re extremely organized, customer-focused, and service-driven with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
- You take pride in doing meaningful work, but don’t take yourself too seriously.
- You have great attention to detail, can work as part of a team, and can prioritize.
- You have prior experience with rental sales and a basic knowledge of heavy equipment.
