What you'll Get to do
· Hands-on support of the parts teams with customer interactions, phone calls, email requests.
· Review inventory and determine items that should be sold off and research current values.
· Generate listings that include thorough descriptions, technical details, and quality images.
· Utilize e-commerce opportunities to help supply customers with the parts and services we can offer them.
· Complete point-of-sale transactions at counters in multiple groups as needed.
· Coordinate shipments and pickups for sold orders as needed.
About You
· You have experience in customer service, coordination, and being in a team.
· You’re organized, customer-focused, and service-driven with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
· You take pride in doing meaningful work, but don’t take yourself too seriously.
· You have great attention to detail, can work as part of a team, and can prioritize.
Even Better, But Not Required
· You have prior experience with equipment diagrams, online sales, or content creation.
· Experience with inventory management.
Typical Schedule Monday - Friday (potential for Saturday work during the spring to fall)

Time Off & Leave
